UNIDEK INSULATION PRODUCTS
Since 1969 Unidek has been active as a producer of the environment-friendly insulation material EPS (expanded polystyrene). EPS is used in a wide range of products for housing and utility construction. These products make a fundamental contribution to energy saving and the optimisation of living comfort. Because of the involvement it feels in society, Unidek aims to manufacture products while paying extra attention to possible consequences for the environment. Showing a healthy pioneering spirit Unidek, as a building supplier, has initiated numerous innovations.
In 1977 Unidek developed the familiar 'green' self-supporting, insulating sandwich element for pitched roofs that combined structural and insulating properties in one element. Recently this sandwich element, that has a leading position in the market, was developed further to become the Unidek Aero.

In addition to the familiar sandwich elements for pitched roofs, Unidek has developed a complete range of elements for all other building parts, such as outside facades, inside walls and flat roofs. The supply programme is completed by injected wall and floor insulation boards, prefab foundation frames and raising material for road and hydraulic engineering.
Important in Unidek's aim is the conviction that cooperation with partners from highly diverse specialist areas results in new knowledge of building and innovative product concepts that are generated by this. For this reason joint ventures have been started with technical universities, international research centres and building-oriented organisations that have already delivered surprising results. Such as floating buidling concepts, very light raising products for roads, hydraulic engineering and chalet designs for the recreation market.
Unidek has become a leading player on the Dutch market and has its own branches in Belgium, France and England.
